Hello October, I’ve been looking forward to you. It’s a new month and that means new challenges and opportunities. Let’s hold on to the things that are going just the way that they are supposed to. But we should gather some guts to change the things we are not so happy about. Change is good. My challenge will be changing my daily rhythm by working out more often. I want to start with working out at least 3-4 times a week. We all can use some help sometimes and the website FITGIRLCODE is like my ‘Holy Bible’ when it comes to getting fit.

Now, about every 4 months, she orders there lot’s of superfoods, organic herbs and healthy versions of products like peanut butter. That’s something that I, as a student who still lives at home, truly don’t mind. The past months I have been experimenting with our new ingredients and I tried out different sorts of recipes. Personal: It’s been a while…

It’s been a while since I’ve let my fingers type on this keyboard to write a post on my blog. To pass my 4th semester on my Fashion Management education, I had to invest a lot of time. Also, I wanted to invest some more time in myself. I just needed to feel better in my own skin and take care of myself. Now, a few months later I can tell you that the mission is completed. I have never felt so fit and I’m happy to be back on track again. This also means that I’m going to pick up on blogging, because I really missed it. I got a feeling that there will be a few changes but most of the things will stay the same. Lately, I’m very interested in health and being fit so I might write more about that in the future. I’m glad to be back and I’m wishing you all a wonderful weekend!

Health: Let’s talk about Roller Skating

Lately I’m trying to visit the gym at least twice a week for a tough work out. During the other days I’m trying to do a work out at home or outside.Spring came early in Holland this year. So I was so lucky to be able to perform my favorite, outside exercise again this week: Roller Skating. What I really like about Roller Skating is the fast movement and that you can perform it outside.
